Retainwise (“Retainwise”, “we”, or “us”) values and respects your privacy. We have prepared this privacy policy to explain the manner in which we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process your personal information through our website located at https://www.retainwise.io/ (the “Website”), the Shopify Retainwise app (the “App”), and other interactions with you.
Retainwise provides its customers (“Customers”) with a Shopify eCommerce integration that helps increase repeat purchases by offering a set of tools and features that the customer can use to analyze, monitor and improve their revenue (collectively the “Services”).

The kinds of personal information that we process, and how we process it, depends on whether we are acting on behalf of our Customers, or whether we are collecting, using, and disclosing personal information for Retainwise’s own purposes.
Google API User Data Compliance
Retainwise’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
HOW WE COLLECT AND USE PERSONAL INFORMATION ON BEHALF OF OUR CUSTOMERS
The following are some examples of the personal information we may collect and analyze to provide the Services to our Customers.
In the course of providing the Services to our Customers, we may process personal information about our Customers’ employees or other authorized users of the Services provided by the customer as set out below:
Use of the App: In order to provide the App, we collect certain personal information about authorized users of our Customers’ Shopify store, such as name, address, email address, phone number and billing information. We use this personal information to administer our Customers’ access to the App and the Services, and to manage our relationship with our Customers.
We may also process the personal information of our Customers’ clients, such as Customer ID, language, discount code, order value, products ordered, quantity of products ordered, UTM parameter, country, currency, number of previous orders, customer category, and email address in order to provide analytics and other services. We may also generate aggregated data from our Customers’ client’s purchases, such as number of store purchases and price of purchases to provide metrics and analytics to our Customers.
Support Services: We may collect certain information from you (such as name, email address, your phone number and query) when we provide user support services by email or within the App.
Use of the Services: We may monitor use of the App by our Customers’ in order to detect, investigate or prevent any actual or potential violation of our terms and conditions. This information is automatically collected from you when you use the App. We may also generate aggregated, non-identifiable data and use such information to monitor the performance, use and stability of the App and to improve the Services.
We require our Customers to ensure that they have obtained all authority to provide personal information to us in accordance with applicable privacy laws and to not provide us with any sensitive personal information. Except as set out herein, we do not collect or use personal information from our Customers for any purpose other than to provide Services.
We rely on our Customers to comply with applicable privacy laws when collecting, using, or disclosing personal information through the Services, including by obtaining appropriate consent to collect, use, and disclose personal information, including the personal information of others, through the App. If you have any questions regarding the personal information we process on behalf of one of our Customers, we encourage you to first contact the customer directly and/or review their applicable privacy policy.

Marketing Communications: When you choose to subscribe to our email marketing communications, such as newsletters, we gather your email address along with other optional details to personalize our messages for you. If you wish to stop receiving these emails, simply click the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of each email. Alternatively, you can contact us using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section below to opt-out of email marketing communications. Please keep in mind that you may still receive transactional or account-related communications from us.
Feedback & Reviews: In order to gain valuable insights and improve our products and services, we may gather and utilize customer feedback and/or reviews regarding our Services. Sale of Business: In the event of a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, sale, insolvency, bankruptcy proceedings, or any corporate reorganization or change in corporate control involving all or part of retainwise, we may transfer any information we possess about you as an asset.

INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING
We work with third parties such as ad networks and other advertising companies that use their own tracking technologies (including cookies and pixel tags) on our Website in order to provide you with tailored advertisements across the Internet. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
If we receive a request from an individual to access or update personal information we maintain on behalf of a customer, we will direct that individual to the relevant customer. We will assist our Customers wherever possible in responding to individual access requests.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, update and correct inaccuracies in your personal information in our custody or control. You may request access, updating and corrections of inaccuracies in your personal information in our custody or control by emailing or writing to us at the contact information set out below. We may request certain personal information for the purpose of verifying the identity of the individual seeking access to his or her personal information records.
If you wish to delete your account, please send an email to hello@retainwise.io with your account details. Upon receipt of your request, we will verify the information and delete your account data within 96 hours. Please note that this process is irreversible, and once completed, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Retainwise's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
